Starting Point
Ancap’s information technology unit came to Siderys and Urudata with the need to overcome some deficiencies in the system they used for their projects.
Based on Siderys’ work, in collaboration with Urudata, it was possible to configure and implement the tool to optimize work, divide projects into phases, and increase the level of detail in the records. The online version of Microsoft’s Project Server allows you to centralize the management of resources, know their availability and plan the work. What finally made it possible to reach the execution stage in a timely manner.
Resources optimizations

Con la nueva herramienta es posible estimar el tiempo y el costo de ejecución de cada proyecto de manera más eficiente. “Los líderes de proyectos deben ver la disponibilidad de sus recursos a los efectos de planificar. Antes se planificaba sin tener una visión del estado de los recursos. Ahora la herramienta dice en qué estamos trabajando”.
User Impact
